Heart Control is a UX/UI concept designed to make blood pressure monitoring more personal and less intimidating. Most health tech provides raw data but lacks context, so I developed this app to bridge that gap. The goal was to take a standard medical process and turn it into an intuitive mobile experience that helps users actually understand what their numbers mean and what to do about them in real-time.
